Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reasons, you may return it to us for an exchange or voucher only. Please read below for more information on our return policy.

Returns: 

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, in the original package. If it’s not possible, please email us first before returning your product. We won’t be responsible if your return package comes back damage or stolen.

Return Process:

To return the items please place it in it’s original packaging and make sure to secure it to avoid damage.Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method. Mail your return to the following address:

Exchanges & Vouchers:

After receiving your return and inspecting its condition, we will process your exchange or provide a voucher for the price of your purchase excluding shipping.

Exceptions:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to valjewellery@hotmail.com as soon as possible, to arrange a refund or exchange. You have 7 days to notify us about your damaged item or it won’t be covered.
