To make & prepare an order it takes us around a week. Once the order is shipped for Swiss packages it takes 3 business days and for internationals around 10.

Our products are made from 925 sterling silver, PVD plated stainless steel, 18k gold plated and cubic zirconia. For complex handmade items an 18k gold color wire is used to connect the parts.
